This page displays details of the specific application you selected. If you want to go back to your search results then just back button your browser screen.
If the application has not been determined then you can use the 'Comment on Application' button to make representations on the proposal. These comments will be forwarded to the Case Officer. For applications pre-2000 some of the data fields may be incomplete and not all data fields may be relevant to every application.
At the end of the file there may be a list of plans and documents that will form part of the application. This can include a copy of the decision notice (if applicable), any Section 106 Agreement, appeal documentation etc.
This page will indicate if an appeal has been made on an application. However this information is only directly available on applications received within the last four years. For older applications if it was the subject of an appeal then details will be available by looking through the attachments at the bottom of this page where you will be able to look at the decision letter. A list of appeals dating from 1991 is viewable from the main planning web page.
